Logitech DiNovo Mouse with Vista - Overclock.net

I just built a new rig with a Asus Maximus Extreme mobo and Vista 32-bit. I install the driver to my Logitech DiNovo mouse and hook everyhting up and the Keyboard and MediaPad component work well but the mouse is malfuntioning. I can use it for a while jsut fine but then the mouse will begin to move by itself randomly. I cant change the batteries becasue its a rechargable mouse and I know its within range of the dongle.

Anyone have any advice that could help?
