Default External Card Reader Dead?

I just bought an i-Rocks 5400 external USB card reader off of newegg, it doesn't work for reading SD cards. It does work on compactflash but not SD.

Should I RMA?

It should be your best choice. You tried with more than one SD card?

Well, looks like it is faulty. You should get it to RMA when you can.

Good luck
