I love my Saitek Eclipse II keyboard, it matches my whole set up with its Blue LED. But as a modder, im greedy. Help me fuel my greed.

except clear in just the area of the keys, not the whole thing.

How stupid of me! I forgot to put this in.. Clear background like this keyboard

Same keyboard two different pictures.

I am not too Mod Savy, being that i am just starting.

Heres my dream though.

I want the Black of the Main central part of the keyboard to be Clear.
For example in the area with all they keys (qwerty.. etc, all the way over to numlock and Fkeys)

Turning that to clear will allow more of the blue LED already in the keyboard to shine through.

I assume taking that part of and maybe making a clone of it on paper and trace that to plexiglass?

All you pro modders, help me out here

You could possibly take each key you want to mod clear apart from the keyboard and just wetsand it or drysand up to you whichever works best. And as far as engraving each letter onto those keys thats up to you

Hope that somehow spark something in your mind of doing this lil project.

Seems to me you want to have see through keys sorta? Not sure how you would do that without going through A LOT of trouble...

Ok let me specify that, the keys i want to stay black but the background the Black "background" the thing that keeping you from seeing in the keyboard i want to turn to clear.
