A lot of people have been PMing me about this, and I'm running out of space, so I'm putting up a guide here (anybody know why the FAQs section is locked?). To start you need to get LCDstudio and Everest. Now, you can download Everest's trial, but some sensors will be turned off. You have to pay for it to get the full thing, which I highly recommend because it is an awesome application. </advertising> If LCDstudio needs a license, go here to get one. Your Everest version may not be quite compatible with your equipment, so grab the latest beta. In Everest, open File > Preferences and start playing around with the General settings. Personally I have mine startup with windows, NOT display the splash screen on startup, and then have it minimize to the system tray on startup - it's completely out of the way, and loads quickly, exactly what I want. Now, in the very last option "external applications", enable shared memory, and make sure all of the sensors are checked. Now you want to download the attachments I've provided. Drag the fonts into C:\windows\fonts, put the stuff from panel.zip into your LCDstudio folder, and do the same with the everest plugin. Open up LCDstudio (if it was open before, exit out of it and re-open it), and go to File > New > Playlist. In the regular rotation tab, click Add, and browse for the custom.xds file that you extracted before. Now save that playlist and go to Tools > Options. In plugins, enable the Everest SM plugin, and you can disable any others that you don't plan on using. Again, this is my preference, but in the startup tab, I load mine at startup, load into the traybar, and the startup playlist should be the one you just saved. Disable the splash as well, it's an inconvenience. Now, exit entirely out of LCDstudio (traybar as well). This will save your changes, don't know why it doesn't save unless you exit. Re-open LCDstudio, and go to File > Load, and browse to custom.xds. It'll pop up on the right side of the program. On the very bottom of the program's left side, click on the Properties tab. Click anywhere in the gray area on the right side, and you'll see the background properties pop up. Make sure the background is bg.bmp; if it's not, then click the Background_Picture box, click the icon labelled "..." and browse for it. This background was custom made for my machine in photoshop, so it probably won't match yours - especially the C, E, and V drives up top. Feel free to edit it in PS or in paint to your liking. If everything worked as it should have, then you should see something very similar to my display on yours. If there are any problems, just click on the offending item, and to the left, click the Data Item box. Choose the data that you want it to display - there's a lot of room for customization here, so go nuts! Last step: if it worked well and you enjoy it, please donate some rep. ![]() Congratulations, you can now monitor your overclock while gaming, watching a movie, and doing other stuff. Enjoy, and let me know if there are any problems.

Yay! Something else to add to my G15.
On a side note, is there anyway to show GPU memory usage with any programs? Everest shows the incorrect value.

If you can find a program that gets it right and does shared memory, WMI or Registry writing, then yes, it's possible. Sucks that everest gets it wrong though - maybe try the latest Beta?

I've been running a similar setup to this with Rivatuner for a few months, it's not as fancy looking but I like having one program (Riva does the logging and display itself) do it all. Yes - it shows it all, CPU/RAM/GPU/GPU-ram/temps, you name it, it has it. Might be a good combination with this LCDStudio? ![]()

I used to play with Rivatuner when overclocking my card, didn't know it did all the other stuff though. That's interesting - I'll play with it when I get off work.

Reaper, didn't notice your specific setup - but you can hope it'll support it in the future. Right now my only suggestion is to assume the game isn't using the insane quantity of RAM that card has ![]()
