Default Looking for an HD capture card.

I need a cature card, internet or external, that has component HD or VGA or HDMI inputs that can capture at least 720p HD. I will be recording from my Xbox 360. I have already heard and read about the Intensity, and I can't afford it, but if there is another solution that I can use that will give me 720p video, I would be super thankful.

Please help me out.

You can get a tv tuner card with a HDMI, component, or dvi input. Check newegg.

This is the only one I could find that had hd inputs. It's $200 though.

I suppose it's better than $350 for the intensity pro. I'll take a look, thanks.

Edit: You, my good friend, are my hero. This is exactly what I was looking for. Since my xbox doesn't have HDMI, I wuld have had to do some converting, but this is freaking perfect. Component inputs, 1080i (720p) recording, stereo AND optical inputs (xbox 360 has optical output), I would kiss you if I could...well, maybe a tight hug. Thank you, I've added it to my wish list, hopefully in a few weeks when the fulltime pay starts kicking in, I'll be able to get this. Thank you!

To answer most of your questions: (1) a fridge cannot cool a PC (2) 64-bit OS for over 3.4GB (3) If a PCIe card fits, it should work (4) Resolution, not screen size (5) If you have a question, it is not news (6) Report, not respond to Spam (7) Single-Rail/Non-Modular PSUs are not always better than Multi-Rail/Modular (8) Sequential does not matter as much as random for OS drives
