I really appreciate all the work you put into the update. I would suggest you add the benefits to using shrouds. I use an old gutted 120mm fan as a shroud (spacer) to reduce the noise from the airflow restriction. Plus you get increased airflow over the fin/heatsink surface area as the distance reduces the dead spot.

Here are some pics:

This setup is whisper quiet, yet there are 88 CFM fans for the case and a 110 CFM fan for the TRUE...

Great guide. Been using it for reference. I could be wrong, but I think it was you that painted your case with plasti-dip? I just did and waiting for it to dry.

Also, saw some plastic rivets in the hardware store today. Wonder if replacing metal rivets with those will help?

But I do also have another question. I read through the guide, and thought I saw here (maybe overlooking it), but there was a certain tape suggested to cover vents. What kind of tape was it?
