Ya ive seen those on Newegg. Theyre ergonomically designed for comfort and are supposed to reduce strain on the joints and ligaments. Ive heard some good reviews on them by people who have CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome).

Im left handed but I learned to use the mouse right handed. But when I play a flying game I use the joystick left-handed.

My IBM mouse has a semi-twist in it like that. Not as pronounced, but it is more comfortable than a regular mouse by a long shot. I bet that mouse is even more comfortable.

Also, with that mouse, you rest your bone on the table and not your ligaments.
