No, you will see very little difference in performance, that much ram isnt worth the money.

No, you probably won't see a difference at all.

Depends on what you're doing with it.
If you're just gaming and doing regular tasks, then no.

I don't see how that is in any way helpful, or related to the OP.

Anyway, no, you won't see a big difference, if any at all, if you go from 6GB of RAM to 12GB.

It's generally not worth it, unless you're doing hardcore video/photo editing.

Especially not for gaming/everyday use.

May I make another suggestion for your build? Get the Antec TruePower New 750W instead of the Corsair.

I have run my rig with 6GB of RAM and 12GB of RAM and there is not any performance difference that I can see. You will benchmark better because your theoritical bandwidth will increase, but that is about it. Unless you have an application that needs more than 6GB of RAM I wouldn't spend the money on it. I just did it so I could see for myself if there was or was not a performance difference, plus it is kinda cool for your e-p**** to say you have 12GB of RAM

stick with 6gig of ram and instead get an SSD for boot drive, much more of an increase in snappiness and doesn't cease to be usefull after 4GB
