Default Razer Technical Support Sucks!!!

I just bought a new razer lachesis mouse i get the mouse and its great except for one big problem! The damn mouse likes to shoot to the top of my screen for no reason without even touching it. So i call them today and they say they'll send me an RMA forum and i have to fill that out then after that i have to send in my mouse with the forum and it'll ONLY take TWO to THREE weeks to get a new mouse shipped to me!!! *** TWO to THREE weeks with out a mouse? There customer service is crap compared to logitechs!!!

I was not trying to insult anyone, my humor is a bit dry sometimes

Are you guys using a hard or soft pad or desktop?

Mine will jump around on the desk and barely work on a soft pad, but on my exactmat it works flawless.

It's not that their service sucks, they just take a bit longer. I've never had a problem getting replacements when I've had problems.
