i need a new mouse, my current right-click button has become tempermental. but all the ones im seeing lately are either barebones 3 button mice, or the fancy 'gaming editions' that have more buttons than i know what to do with. im just lookin for a basic 5 button mouse, preferabbly corded (ive never had a wireless mouse that responded quickly enough for use in games like counterstrike) and im also trying to stay on the cheap side (under $35 if possible)

Go for the MX518. Mine has lasted me 3 years and it still performs just like the day I got it.

Perfect number of buttons. Right, left, two thumb buttons that are VERY VERY well placed (IMO) so I never confuse them and never strain to hit them. DPI adjustments are easy to reach but I never hit them accidently. Good mousewheel, with an easy press. Lovely feel to it. I'd recommend it to anybody, no matter what their use. (Minus maybe.. hardcore CAD?)

Here is a good one that i have found... I use one at work and 2 of them at home. It's a good gaming mouse too. I like the adjustable DPI... Just don't leave the fire button set past one click when your done gaming. It will drive you nuts if you forget...

They got hella mouses (mice?) at Microcenter and Fry's. My old mouse was hella dope and I got it from Target for $12.99. It was a GE. Now I got a Razer.
I think the cheapy laser mice are pretty good!
