Thats the pad I'm using -> The I-1 Frosted transparent glass mouse pad with the Logitech G5. The 'trade secret' surface treatment mentioned in Imnops post is a light sand blasted etching on the top side. Lights up your table at night if your using a optical mouse which is very cool.

A new car built by my company leaves somewhere traveling at 60 mph. The rear differential locks up. The car crashes and burns with everyone trapped inside. Now, should we initiate a recall? Take the number of vehicles in the field, A, multiply by the probable rate of failure, B, multiply by the average out-of-court settlement, C. A times B times C equals X. If X is less than the cost of a recall, we don't do one.

alright your just the funk in yourself mate, your comparing a siberia (< $ 60) vs a 595 (> $ 249) headset, yet alone to call razer a superior brand that's designed from gamers for gamers, come on, a razer headset / mouse / keyboard, that makes me think of my failed choice in a keyboard, i had purchased the razer lycosa keyboard a year ago, i had that piece of junk faster back in bestbuy's rma department then i actually bought it...

but lets put that whole trashtalk and clash of the personal favorites aside, facts are, i need a mousepad, and i want a cloth pad that fits my budget, i will take a look at both @ MS today, wife gave me the ok to get one YAY
and ill report back in around 10pm EST with what i picked up and why.

alright, purchased a steelseries QcK and i love this thing, i wouldn't mind getting another one but the mass next time, and shoot this one to my wife's rig

thanks again to all you guys that convinced me to try the qck!

lol comparing siberias to sennheiser 595s

the siberia is a headset that sounds better than most "gaming" headsets but obviously can't match up to real headphones

besides, razer is basically the same as steelseries...plenty of decent products, and plenty of mediocre products
