Title explains it all... The damn bluetooth just doesn't want to work under Windows 7. Dell doesn't list drivers for it on the Studio XPS 13 section of the drivers site, and a TON of googling as given me very few results.
With my current drivers (the Stock MS ones that have supposedly work for some people), my laptop is undetectable by any bluetooth device I try it with, and the "Allow Device to Connect" dropdown option is greyed out. Trying to go to the settings does absolutely nothing. I've gotten it to be detectable using some other drivers, but my phone is ever so retarded and refuses to pair without a passcode. The other drivers, however, don't give me a utility of any sort to set bluetooth settings or a passcode. Anyone have any suggestions?
