Default Help Me Pick a Mouse

Well I am getting extremely tired of my mouse. For the past 4 years I used a POS dell mouse on my old computer and I have another dell pos right now. I am in desperate need of a good gaming mouse. I have used the mamba and love it just the price... I like the g500 but have heard its not the greatest. I am right handed btw

Get a death adder, the same as a mamba, with a little less dpi.

A lot of people here will recommend either the razer deathadder or the logitech mx518.

I personally use the deathadder as it fits my hand very nicely and has all the buttons I want.

Most people like the mx518 - and while it is a great mouse, i have one thing i don't like about it. The right side of the mouse has a groove in it so that i could only fit my pinky on the side of the mouse, instead of my pinky and the finger next to it. the finger next to it, the ring finger, is instead forced up onto the right click next to the middle finger. For some reason its incredibly uncomfortable to fit my ring finger by my pinky with the grooves.

I like the deathadder just I don't like that I cant adjust dpi on the fly. one of my favourite mamba features. Pretty much I want the Naga without the 12 side buttons

I'd definitely recommend the MX 518. It's a cheap yet very durable mouse. Mine is currently one year old, has another year on it from another owner, and still working with absolutely no problems whatsoever.

I would agree with BlackHoleSon, however, that there is no groove for your ring finger. For me, that's actually fine given the slender frame of my fingers, but if you have a bulky or meaty finger, or if you wear a ring on your right hand, it would get bothersome.

If the top doesn't apply to you, then definitely get the MX 518 Still very highly recommended, and preferred by me over the G5 and G500!
