I've had my Razer Mamba mouse for less than a week, I love it everything about it, and I just saw that it had some new firmware available for it. So I go ahead and download it and try to update the firmware....
__________________The updater program hangs and explorer closes it, so I think okay.. I'll retry. Now my Razer Mamba mouse won't connect, turn on, wired and wireless, wont respond at all. What do I do? This sucks if it's going to be a $140 paperweight.

BlackHoleSon beat me to it...
Yeah, the Mamba has 2 year warranty if you can provide a proof of purchase. Razer Warranty. But even then, I bet it's still within return period from where you bought it. You could try returning it.

Follow these steps to unbrick it:
__________________1 - Disable "Driver Signature Enforcement" for Windows Vista & Windows 7 users To disable Driver Signature Enforcement, restart your computer and press F8 before you see the loading screen of your OS. When you see the advanced boot menu with Safe Mode, Boot normally etc; select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement". Your computer should continue to boot from then on. 2 - Download and install the latest drivers and firmware updates 3 - Unplug your mouse and make sure the switch below the mouse is turned OFF (if it is on, the next step will give you a Code 10: Device cannot start). Now plug it back into the USB port and your OS should pick it up but say "Cannot install driver for this device" or something similar to that. 4 - Go into your device manager and look for the "Unknown Device". Make sure that the unknown device is your Razer Mamba. 5 - Install firmware. Right click on the Unknown Device in the device manager and select "Update Driver". It will then ask you if you want to search for the driver automatically or browse yourself. Select browse. 6 - Browse into this directory "C:\Program Files\Razer\Mamba\Firmware Updater\bootloader" and make sure that you check the "Include Sub Folders" box. 7 - It should pick up and install as "Freescale JM60 Bootloader" 8 - Run the firmware updater again and update your mouse & charging dock. 9 - Unplug the USB and plug it in again 10 - Your now good to go! Found this, maybe it will help you.
