Smile Joystick advice

Hi Guys,

I need to buy a joystick and I am kinda in a fix as to which one to get. I am a PC user and do not use any console. Though I am not into hardcore gaming or so but I do enjoy flight related sims from time to time. For example: I am a fan of MS Flight Sim. Unfortunately I dunno if there would be any release after their Flight Sim X.

Anyways getting back to the main topic, i narrowed down my choices to the following -

(I live outside the US so the price are a tad higher)

1. Logitech Extreme 3D pro $55
2. Thrustmaster T.16000M $85
3. Thrustmaster T.Flight Stick X $55

The no. 2 option is available for for PS3 & PC. I hope it works in a PC.

Which one should I go for ? I didnt take saitek X 52 flight control system as that would be a bit too much for me.

Or if you guys can recommend something also it would be great. My budget would be around $50 - $70.

Thanks a lot,

Cheers,
GR

I have a Logitech Force 3D pro and i couldn't be happier! Im so im love with it and for the price nothing beats it. I got the Controller for almost 3 years now and i use it ALOT, it still feels like brand new even then.

You can also download the Driver For Windows 7 in the Logitech site, It works.

I have the Logitech Freedom 2.4 which is very similar to the Extreme 3D Pro, but better quality IMO. 500-ish hours in Battlefield 2 no problems

I had the Extreme 3D Pro and it stopped working after ~250 hours of use.

Thanks a lot for your inputs guys. It seems logitech joysticks are a better option than other joysticks I have mentioned in the list. I will go for logitech then. Cheers.
