There are no free programs to play Blu-ray discs. I take it the drive you bought was bare OEM drive? Retail BD drives often come with a limited functionality version of one player or another.

yeah it was OEM....i just downloaded the Powerlinkdvd trial. Works pretty well....for about 26 more days. lol
