Default Keyboard: Convert DIN to PS/2 or USB?

I've got two old keyboards sitting around that I want to use, but the problem is that they both have DIN (180 5pin) connectors, and none of my computers can support that. So, I was wondering if there was a cheap adapter to convert from DIN to PS/2 or even to USB? Is such a thing even possible? If worse came to worst and no such adapter existed, could I hack off the end of the DIN cable and a PS/2 mouse and somehow rig the two together?
