Default Razer Coperhead help

ok well i recently got a razer coperhead mouse, i unpluged my old one and pluged it in booted up comp but the mouse dint move? i thought it was a bad connection un pluged and pluged it back in and it worked. So i go to try to install the drivers but the disc wouldnt run? just sat there ddint even spin?

well any way i thought i will just download the drivers from Razer, well i downloaded did all the stuff needed re started my come and got another cold boot where the mouse wouldnt move? so did the same as last time to make it work.

now every time i boot up my computer i have to un plug and plug in my mouse just to get it to work, dose any one no why this is? also another strange thing is it said i downloaded driver 6.09 and firmware 6.17, the driver is right but my firmware is only 6.13. Could this be the reason? and if it is could any one give me a working link to 6.17? as i have tried razer official one and 3 from google and all did the same?

Dose any one else have this mouse and had the same problum?

Try turning the computer on....then once in windows...plug the mouse into a different USB port....let it reinstall on that USB port then restart.

well if it hasnt got the drivers or the firmware installed it doesnt work

ya have to start the install with your old mouse, then plug ya razer one in when it says

then it will install and be ready to go

once ya get it working ya might want to get the new drivers and firmware of the razer site

also ya have to install the firmware separate to the drivers, ya havent done it yet click me

there are the instructions how to do it ^^^^

btw the new firmware gets rid of cold boots
