What do you think about the chair?

I do a lot of weightlifting in my daily exercise with my home gym. Sometimes my back back gets sore after stretching and using proper lifting techniques on days I have already been on my PC for a couple hours. Right now I have some $40 desk chair form Target. I find myself slouching all the time because of how the back rest is and how the cushions have gave away over time. When I'm slouching it tends to make my back sore. If I am not sleeping, doing something important, or with friends, I'm on my PC. Could my bad posture when on my PC be effecting me when I'm exercising? (back aches)

One reason I'm drawn to this chair is that the backrest AND seat are mesh which will let my skin breath. My Target chair makes my skin hot and sweaty even at night.

How comfortable are chairs with mesh?

This chair is "Ergonomic" which means it is supposed to be good for you, especially your posture. Are "ergonomic" chairs generally comfortable?

Do want. But a bit expensive for me at the moment, been crapping out my money with audio gear. =/ my problem is that, the current chair I have makes me slouch too, then my shoulders start aching, time for me to leave my desk. I hate slouching. Wonder if there are any similar products with a lower price, but then again that chair, looks soo badass.

do what i do. make a desk that fits right by your bed, lay down on your bed and surf or w/e away!!! lolol. bed is more comfortable than any chair!!

Looks hideous to me, but that's a matter to the beholder. I feel like it's way too much of a uber nerd command center type thing. I'm more a fan of minimalism, hence the lexan chair I have from Ikea

. That and the girlfriend insisted on buying everything from that Swedish crackhouse.

Nice chair, but something seems fishy about the poster. Just joined, some weird site to go and look at the chair...

If the creator of the thread actually comes back into this thread, I'll be amazed and eat my words.

EDIT: Just looked at some of his other posts. I retract what i said. It's just that sometimes it is really hard to tell the spammers from the real people.

I understand what your saying about the nerd command center but I'm looking at this chair's features. Mesh, good posture, adjustments. I like to have things more simple too but you can't fit all of these features into a simple design for under $1000.

Dude I'm right here. I'm asking you experienced PC peoples about a high end chair. I'm not going to dump $500 on a chair without doing some research.

Back on topic... I've never sat in an "ergonomic" chair like this before. Does it look comfortable to you guys?
