Hey Guys,
__________________So I had a playstation 3 for many years but I no longer have it. Now when I did have it I was able to play all my movies, .xvid, .avi. divx, etc perfectly without any problem on it. Now since I do not have my PS3 anymore can anyone suggest a new device where I can connect to my TV via HDMI and watch all my movies on the many different formats that I have them on. Thanks Guys :

Hey guys,
__________________Sorry for the confusion. Okay what I was trying to get at was I have probably around a 110 gigs worth of movies I have on my Pc in single files. So what I did with my PS3 was just copy then on a USB Flash Drive and plug it in my ps3 and watch them through that method. This is kinda what I am talking about http://www.amazon.com/Western-Digita...0&sr=8-1-spell So something like that where I can just plug in my flash drive and connect it to my tv and watch it off there.

Why not just use your vid card? I use the svid on my htpc (old Analog).

Why even use a USB Flash drive o.O. Everything's on a lan, could of done it that way. Just hook your computer's gfx card up to the tv, why is that not an option?

Western Digital HD media player. I have one of these, just put video on a USB HDD or flash drive, plug it in & play. It'll play pretty much any format, dvd, blu ray, mkv, divx, xvid, etc.

WDTV. Works perfect. Same price at your local BBY if you've got one close by.

WDTV all the way. Make sure you upgrade the firmware when you get though. Best £80 I ever spent. Picked mine up on amazon.
