I have that desk and use one of the side trays for my little sub. I keep my tower on the ground because it's a Cosmos and huge. It will comfortably fit the G11 and mouse, same setup I use. Pretty easy to assemble and overall a decent desk as far as I'm concerned.

The only complaint that I really have is that the keyboard tray could slide out a bit further but that's the only small gripe I really have.

I used that as a lightweight surface to put my wireless keyboard and mouse on when I was using my TV as a monitor. Not super sturdy, but you can't beat glass as a work surface.

You get what you pay for. If the keyboard tray is the selling point then get it.
I will spend as much as my budget will allow, so scene in buying crap.

the sub on the second shelf is a great idea! i didnt even think about that, this desk is looking better and better. ill just use a power drill to make it super strong. and brace the tower shelf because it would be the best way to showcase the computer in my room and get it off the floor. thank you for telling me your thoughts on it, i appreciate it!
