My order came basically destroyed. I got one and a half syringes of Shin Etsu X23. The cap was missing on one, but left relatively unaffected. The tip was broken off the other and the plunger is AWOL. Just wondering if the paste is still usable?

hmmm. If its been out for too long Thermal paste oxidizes, but i think if use use paste from the center than hasnt met air for very long itll be ok.

Second opinions anyone?

I'd ask for a refund and send pics they'll either send you new ones or refund you and u can purchase again, I know personally I wouldn't stand for that... that sucks, sorry for your mispleasure.

it should be fine as long as you heat it up. it'll thin out and be able to use again. my shin etsu dries out alot
