use CDs or DVDs for templates normal sized ones are 120mm and the samll mini ones are 80mm. place the CD/DVD where you want the hole then trace around it with a marker then use the dremmel and follow the line

i did this on my old case. 2 80's in the top .

this is eezy-peezy really. you need a real drill and some holesaws. i had to use a cord drill becuase my 20v cordless took forever. my holesaw set cost me about 50 bucks a few years ago but you could probably buy them in singe package at home depot.

easier said then done of course.
You can always go to the local hardware store and buy a 120mm Circular bit.

if you dont have a dremel or hole saw like me, you can use a jigsaw and drill...
you need a metal cutting jigsaw blade and a 3/8'' metal cutting drill bit.
this is the hard way btw. So you shouldn't do this unless you have those and no dremel/holesaw. but if you want to do it the hard way, trace the hole(i used a math compass set to 60mm radius) drill a pilot hole, then the 3/8" with the outer edge as close to the inside of the line as possible following the pilot hole, then stick the jigsaw in, and follow the line all the way around.
