Default the dual set up

ok i'm thinking of buying a used fridge+freezer, put my case inside the freezer alone with my wc kit to make it "cooler", use lots of anti-freeze in wc kit

then put lots of coke and food in the fridge, have the whole set up beside me, then i get great temps, and if i'm hungry i get food n drink from the fridge

anyone knows where's a good place to buy an used freezer in Canada?

You'll also need to condensation proof your entire computer. And freezers don't operate 24/7, they switch on and off to maintain a constant temperature, and with such a heavy heat load added, it'll probably burn out in a couple weeks/months. Not practical or worth it, just buy phase-change.

but phase change are like US$800 i dont have that kinda money
condensation is not a problem
all i need is to put lots of cotton in that freezer, seal the fridge forever.
i can get those ones that runs 24/7 or just OC it to make it 24/7

why would it burn out?

The compresssor is only rated to run so long and at a given temperature. You could try it, sure, but I don't see it working real well. A lot of other people have had the same idea, and it's just not practical.

but i have my wc kit running at the same time, so even if the compressor stops working, the cold air can still last till it works again

Freezers are not designed to cool a source that consistantly produces heat, that's why the compressor would burn. It's not designed be on very long, if you have a fridge or something, put your hand (briefly!) on it and you'll see that they get really hot.

then what if i just take the CPU out, and cool it in the freezer

i'll use something similar to an IDE cable, connect every pin from the CPU to the mobo, then mount the whole case beside the freezer

Now that's just nuts Even if you were some how able to connect all the pins correctly, the length of the wire would cause voltage sag (read: instability, crashes, ect.).

First the processor draws a lot of power, I doubt "IDE type cables" can handle the current without melting. It also doesn't address heat being produced in the freezer which would eventually overload the cooling system.

If you want to make yourself a chiller, why not mod a dehumidifier or AC?

YiffyGriffy is correct and you'd have to worry about interference since the cables are not shielded.
