Default A possable new cooling way

CHeck this out, its a simple process for cooling a CPU chip. Think about adding a CPU fan but adding an eletrical current to it.
http://www.koolatron.com/test/images...oelectric.html
This is a cooler thou.
We can put this chip on our Cpu and hook it up to a 12v power, and produce cooling directly to the cpu. THen have a fan blow over the chip to remove the acess chip and out of the case.
This is how a refrigerator works.
It also would be clean, simple, and No CPU fan Noises!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to experiment with new cooling ideas so let me know what you think.

The first link does not open...

Anyway, isn't this the idea behind Peltier (TEC) cooling? Problem with it is condensation which forms when the temperature on the CPU is cooler than the ambient.

I'm no expert on TEC cooling but this sounds very similar to it. The problem with TECs is that they are inefficient, if you can get past that then good. But you can't just leave them bare, you need to have a WC loop to cool down the TEC too. So yes there are fans involved .

This is no way a new way to cool. People have been doing this for quite some time.
