A pc case won't take 120 psi, or even 30psi. The metal is too thin. A portable airtank that is capable of holding 120 psi is at least 1/8" thick steel and cylindrical so the pressure is distributaed evenly acrossed its surfaces. anbd square box uder pressure is likely to blow apart violently.

too many cracks to seal. Too hard to maintain. It'd be easier and probably more economically efficient to go phase change.

wouldn't placing some high explosives in the case work better?? upon detonation the explosive substance would expand rapidly creating airflow across the heat sinks, therefor removing any heat. plus it would look cooler.

I know this whole thing is crazy but if you somehow made a case and got components which would withstand any decent amount of psi
__________________then you could pressurize it for a certain amount of time and then vent it. you would have to re-pressurize every time but it would solve the problem of the air not going anywhere. but who knows its 4 am and i felt like posting something.. ive been reading this too long not to

temperature is directly related to pressure. more pressure = higher temps.
ask your mom about her "pressure cooker".

And the whole point of this is... to help move the heat from the cpu outside the case? Then just remove the whole case. Problem solved.
