I believe the 2C on the right is a gadget with the weather. 2C seems to be the outside temp.
Now, the CPU-Z shows 4C at no load. Hardly a difference, I know, but possibly was right after booting, and there was no load. 20C at load is pretty realistic though.
The CPU-Z screen shot is as proof as you can get.

I have 2 Ultrahigh-flow-Panaflo (120cfm) fans at one end of the tube pushing the frigid cold air into the tube and at the other end, is 2 of the same fans pushing the air into my radiator. The result is a really really cold CPU. Right now its still pretty warm here (thank god!), but when it gets cold, I will post a pic of my core temp for you guys.

Cheers~
And hows with humidity in Your area? Idea is good but I'd also dry the air before putting it inside my computer

omg I was thinking of the same thing! I am in Florida though, the lowest temp so far (winter is just beginning) is 53f so it would still be cooler. But I have a hollow space below my home so right now my computer sits on the floor, I was just thinking of running mine through the floor with filters and such....
