Talking My GPU cooling EXP

My GPU cooling EXP:

So here's what I have cooling my GPU alongside the Heatsink right now:

I love the setup and Right now It's at 62-65 degrees celcius with a graphics intensive game left running and playing all day! My GPU doesn't even have a fan just heatsink and it's being OCd to:

Core : 600MHZ

RAM: 675MHZ

Tell me what you think of this idea?
By the way the fan is resting on a Rubix Cube.
I couldn't find anything else.

Also I do want to know if there are any water cooling blocks out there for my GPU and how does a water cooling block work?

Also I'll try and take a pic of my whole rig just for you to see... Although it won't be very stylish at all just plain but it still is good for me.

lay the fan on top of the heatsink, preferrably pulling air away from it, with a piece of tape or 2 to avoid vibration movement/getting kicked and falling off.

should lower your temps more.

I tried that but the heatsink has a slope so the fan shot off of it. Not impressive I know... But I do like the LED's and It still works! =]

Bad idea. Eventually the fan is going to vibrate off the rubix cube.

Actually its held in there look at the picture.

The wires secure it and it does not vibrate whatsoever. =]

1 suggestion, currently the fan is blowing (or pulling) directly off the side of the heatsink......which means the airflow is not flowing over all the fins.

Set the fan to blow (or pull) air directly along the axis of the heatsink so that air is moving between the fins.....that will give you lower, more stable temps.

Otherwise, interesting solution.

Thanks I'll think about it. Also, my fan is taking air away from the GPU.

In the pic you see it shows the fan and where the case fan is positioned conveniently.
