Im not thinking about submerging anything in oil, I'm thinking about spreading and/or leaking oil at the GPU, putting a fan near it (maybe 90-120mm). May it work? May it lower it temps? May it be an epic fail?

It will work, as long as you get a steady current. You need to shift the oil around. If you don't then the oil will heat up and stay in the same place so the components will fry. If it's constantly being shifted around then it can cool down. Bit like an airflow really...

Just submerge your rig deep enough and let the fans spin 'they burn out fast tho". The hot oil will rise and the cool oil will fill in the bottem section of the tank so just make sure its deep enough and doint run it for to long at once. You can also drop a radiator in their for cooling
