Default Fan Control Question

Hey Everyone, long time OCN reader, but never really had anything worth asking untill now, so heres my first post!

Anyway, my current rig(see below) is going on two years old now, I keep her nice and clean but I am starting to feel the age(especially in the gpu). So for awhile no I have been planning on a new build, that I'll build right before the MMO ER comes out( late Q1 2010 atleast) so still a ways off, and for that build I have a custom case in mind. And that is were I need all your expert help.

The case I plan on fabricating myself out of Sheet Metal and Aluminum and on the back side I will be putting a Radiator, and to keep it cool I'll be using 2 25cm fans(the ones from my current case) they move a good amount of air and are silent.

My problem is I would like to keep these fans running 24/7 even when my comp is off. and I have a dedicated old PSU ( like 300w) I can use to power them.

My Question: How do I make the fans independent from powering on/off with my computer?

Wire yourself a simple on/off switch and wire that to the 4th and 6th pins on your secondary PSU's 24-pin connector.

The pins are numbered 1-24 with 1 being the top right pin when looking at the connector with the clip on the top.

When you flip the switch the PSU will power on (basically jump starting without needing a motherboard) and power the fans. Flip it off and the PSU should turn off.

Thats the simple way to do it anyway.
