Default Computer in a vacuum?

What do you guys think would happen to a computer if it was in a vacuum? In terms of temperature?

I have the capability of making a vacuum compartment =D.

Temps would be god awful as there'd be no medium to carry the heat away. It'd only be able to radiate heat. I'd imagine non-solid caps might not fair too well either.

There would be a constant heat output with almost nowhere for the heat to escape to.

It would burn up quickly.

space is the only vacuum that would work for your idea, we dont have the ability or equipment to create the same vacuum as in space

also, the sealed container would get hot

ever feel a lightbulb?

A vacuum would be pretty cold simply because there's no matter in there to have energy! But of course that means there's nowhere for your heat to go. Bad.

That's not quite true. How do you think they test space equipment?
