Something like this maybe..Pentek In-Line ..It goes down to 5 micron I believe. There out of stock I see but you could run it down I'm sure.
There are a few WC'ers who use those.

couldn't you just find some mesh that goes down to that mesh size and put it over a barb on your res or something?

I want it to be professional and look good too. I was planning on buying the mesh I need (minimum of 500 mesh but 635 mesh would be better) if I had to, but it would like to just bolt something in instead of having to make something that fits.
