Wink We can ship anything anywhere

Just a few shots to show the care with which CDPC packs it's units.

Testing the crate. The techstation is bolted to the ply...it cannot shift. Right now this 50 pound station is upside down...with a 1 KW PSU ad a full LCS...

Here the station is locked down into compression against the base to further stabilize the load during transit.

The tubing has been foam padded to prevent chafing during transit. The crate has been contructed too fit exactly inside a 20 x 20 x 24 carton.

And there it is ready to ship.

The top carton is all the precious hardware that needed to be boxed and padded for transit graphics cards, HardDrive, Orignal packaging for the motherboard with accessories, PSU box and paperwork. There is no sense in shipping a PC with heavy/delicate components installed.

The motherboard, PSU, Optical Drive/LCS where all left installed into the techstation because they were prperly fixed into postion with no chance of breaking free of thrashing about.

My only concern is that the sides of the carton are not crushed by some heavy handed shipper. Even so the content are very well spaced from the sides so even if the sides are dented r crushed to a degree the rig will arrive intact.

That's how we do it

I can personally testify to the perfection in packaging.

I purchased a system from CD, and it arrived in imaculate condition. Not one scratch, ding or dent. Even all the internals were individually wrapped with care, and nothing budget in shipment.

Thanks for a job well-done.

This one is the largest heaviest parcel I have packed. I probably spent more care with KniteLife's rig (Blue Dream) than this one though because of the delicate paint work.

Just imagine shipping Liquid Chameleon that paint is so magnificent I would have a heart attack if it was scratched by the packing materials...
