This a very inexpensive kit for DIYers that want to clean up the cables in their cases.6 Grommets: 2 large, 2 Medium, 2 Small. The piece of paper is just to give a rough idea how they might be utilized. Simply adapt to your layout.

What exactly is the suggested use of the universal cable management kit? Routing cables through panels?

Many cases have a space between the motherboard panel and exterior panel--a perfect place to hide and route cabling..especially from non modular PSUs.
