That would help wouldn't it...fixed.

Iandh wants $45. Shipping is almost certainly $5 Priority anywhere. The sinks ship from Ian not me.

If Iandh wants to adjust the price that's completely up to him.

Measured, drawn, programmed, and cut by yours truly.

The fin thickness is a fine balance of aesthetics, cooling capability, and machining cost. For instance, going to a 30% higher fin density would take more than double the machining time. It's a limitation of small diameter milling cutters. I certainly could have done so, but the sinks would have needed to cost $60+ for me to justify the time spent. In addition smaller cutters wear much more quickly at high machining speeds and need to be replaced more often adding even more to the cost.

Also, the ram on 8800's is somewhat limited... for instance my ram tops out at 980 on the stock cooler, 980 on Zalman ramsinks, and 980 on my Unisinks. It isn't a heat issue. The two reasons for these sinks are: 1) they look sweet, and 2) no screwing with stupid annoying thermal tape, they are hard mounted.

They look perfect to me. I think thinner fins would look cheesy.
