Default Factory Seconds: 3-bay Waterfall Reservoirs

Hey guys sometimes these projects of mine are humbling. In this instance it took me 6 tries to get 2 acceptable reservoirs for KKBob33 and FearMeansControl. I'l just blame it on the wind...but the end result is product at HALF OFF.

Yes I am Merching out these Factory Seconds for $50 shipped in the CONUS (no barbs provided) so this is a chance to have a very nice bay reservoir at the lowest price you are going to see from this Druid...

First let me assure you these are fully functional reservoirs. They have been leaktested and flow tested and passed those tests with flying colors.

The "flaws" are entirely cosmetic. Two of the reservoirs are just not put together "flush" so that all the panels and edges are in perfect alignment. I was trying a differnt way to glue up to avoid drips and runs and was not able to keep the panels from moving around slightly.

We are talking 64ths of an inch in some areas and nothing more than a 32nd...but still just not good enough to list on the store. These two reservoirs are neatly joined otherwise with no other real cosmetic disasters.

The other two "Seconds" have some interior runs that cannot be addressed. This means that there are visible glue runs on the interior. This may or may not be a big deal...not everyone is CRAZY like me.

Of these two "sloppy" reservoirs one also has an internal "leak" from a shelf of the waterfall assemblyt that did not mate up correctly. Again this may not be a big deal because it's really just another fun thing to look at...but that's why it's a "Second" and not listing on the store.

The face panels of all 4 "Seconds" are Blemish-Free...the cosmetic flaws are on other panels.

All 4 reservoirs are water-tight, tapped G 1/4 and come with #6 screws for mounting in an optical bay.

These Reservoirs occupy 3 slots in an optical bay. They are the length/width of an optical drive and feature a recessed fill port to add some measure of safety when topping off the unit. THe reservoirs come with an EK captive O-ring cap, but no barbs. Barbs are extra.

Add $6 to include barbs and $5 to bump shipping from Ground to Priority.

Please PM to place your order for one of these CyberDruidPC "Factory Seconds" Thanks

I will add pics later. The runs are easy to capture with a camera, but the other flaws might be difficult as they are so small.

Pics

In general they all look nice enough and as I said they work fine.

Two of them have the exact same slippage while gluing..I later found a bump on the table that was making them lay not perfectly flat. sigh.

One of them this 45 degree angle is not completely fused..so three reverlets of fluid seep behind the waterfall into the pond...no big deal...but still not going on the store.

ANd on of them has a glue run on the inside bottom panel that fogged and has stayed fogged. I have heard that mild heat can make that go away but I am not trying that right now. That is the main flaw in this reservoir...a very obvious glue run on the interior on the bottom...again no biggy but not good enough to list on the store...

Of the the two slightly misjoined resevoirs one has an extra port on the bottom..this can be capped off or used for a sensor or a light or w/e you want.

The Reservoir with the interior glue mark has an extra port on the bottom as well.

THe Reservoir with the seepage from the watefall has the usual two ports.
