Thanks whe3ls!
Here's a link to the MFR PDF on X23-778. I enquired about larger sized applicators but they only provide 1 gram syringes. If I was an electronics assembly plant owner I could by 5 gallon cartridges for my auto-applicator I am sure... About burn in time--I believe it is around 100 hours--but I can tell you from having reseated my three rigs last week I saw immediate improvements in temperature. Whether temps have dropped since then is hard to say as I do not have a constant ambient temp--it's Fall and the windows are open ![]() I did not use an elaborate ritual of application either: I simply put a dab smaller than a bb in the center and squished it with the waterblock. Having taken down two rigs this morning I could see the X23-778D had spread completely over the IHS and was doing exactly what I had hoped. It's as easy to use as AS5--in fact I would not recommend heating it or doing anything odd--just a dab in the center should be enough as it spreads very nicely and works best if very thin.
