Basically done
Sorry it took so long Niko. Life has a way of interfering with the best plans.
I completed the mods to the case tonight and will post some shots of the progress. The Side panels from TAP look pretty damn good. At $130 for the two they better  I drilled them for the fans and mounted them permanently to the case. Tomorrow eveneing about this time the adhesive will have cured and I can untape them and show off Niko's new case. More in a bit

Waiting for the glue to cure.
 I would like to box this case up and be ready for a run to the PO tomorrow. But the glue (something new I am trying Dear GAWD it better work) is still loose...I have to wait for it to cure...the nonporous surfaces are working against me in that regard... Here are the pics of the work.    TAP did a good job.     Test fitting the panel...it's perfectly aligned to the fan hole as I wanted.    I laid oout the holes for the fan by using a fan and a square then double checked against the case..perfect.       The sides actually stay in position pretty well but I will glue them in place so they are not held entirely by the screws.   The confines of the case are tight. there is no room for a nut--nor way to tighten or grab it once the motherboard is in place. The system I devised using female bindingposts and black glnage head allen screws allows for the fans to be changed without removing the motherboard if required.   Taking a look with the top on. I will glue the top as well so that it is not entirely held by the fasteners.    I checked everything repeatedly and clamped it down. The top is glued up too. Results:         Right after I took the mney shots I retaped the panels on their delicate outsides and the top too to protect the piece during shipping. I then noticd the glue was not fully cured and reapplied the clamps. I'll just have to leave it alone for a day.
