Yeah me too. I went to bed thinking about the layout and design. As soon as I scarf down some eggs I am off to the shop to start taking some measurements to see what the exact dimensions need to be.

To give you an idea of what I have in mind: imagine a cube with a top mounted fan drawing air up and out. A pair of rads mounted on opposing side panels. An external reservoir with a pump hanging off it that supplies one rad and then a line from one rad to the other then a line from the second rad out to the rig And return line from the rig to the res.

After I get the basic structure together we can work on any extras like a pressure gauge, temp gauge, metering manifold etc. Things that will enhance but are not critical to the performance.

Depending on the interior space requirements I will line it with Sonex wherever possible.

The actual structure will be made of mitered aluminum angle riveted or bolted together with panels of 1/4" clear acrylic.

I hope to get this together in short order...family life permitting.

On more week and my Daughter gets out of the cast. That will be a real day to celebrate. The whole house seems to revolve around that little girl right now. Everything comes to a halt on my end when Mom walks out the door to run an errand. At least I am here to help out...working at home can be a real challenge at times.

It was the most expensive fan I have ever purchased. $70

I bought the last one...Frozen CPU has a wimpy lil 220CFM Delta in Stock

thats great to hear! i told ya the little kiddies have resiliant skeletons! sounds like she healed pretty fast

that design sounds perfect and exactly what i had in mind..im still trying to figure out if i need to do any mods to plug it in..im assuming it'll be a 4 pin molex?
