I was getting Load temps in the mid 50s Like 56C with a 23C intake temp on the air with the Monolith
I am getting mid 40C temps on the hot core now. 22.5C intake and 45C Load on the hot corfe 33C Load on the cold core.

How well does that sonex stuff work for you CD?
I've tried more budget end sound proofing material and it didn't do a thing. I'm doing a chiller build soon and would like to quiet down the sound of the AC unit. I was thinking of housing it in an acrylic casing and lining it with sonex if it works well.

It does work well. The rig is much quieter than Monolith because the fans are canted 45 degrees to the sonex and the outlet is 90 degrees to the fans. Plus I did a better job siolating the pumps with a double layer of lexan.
