How much liquid do you guess you are losing to evap? I'm guessing once the system reaches vapor equilibrium it's a moot point, but I'm trying to tell if in that first picture you have "residue" from dried coolant?

I think those shots are from the initial install. The loop was obviously foaming up...I bet it looks better now.

I think there's about 9ft of tubing in there. I originally started with 12, but I cut it down. As for the residue and the foam, it temperature tied. When I first started out the foam would always stay at the top mark, then the bottom. Now its much lower but it fluctuates every couple of minutes. Also with this type of res setup I do occasionally get air sucked into the pump, but it goes through pretty fast. Tomorrow I'll put up some more pics. I just got myself a brass psi gauge. With any wc'ed computer I do in the future now its always going to have a waterfall.
CD you should make them available on your site. I bet you could come up with some wicked two slot waterfalls.
