Regarding cascade idea, we were toying with the idea off elevating some text so the water would flow around it but I dont have the time or tools to start making stuff like that.

I would probably want to have the Side Panel on hand. Plus there is a crossbrace on the TJ07 that would limit how low the res part of the window could be as well as some other internal constraints that might limit where the ports could be. This bears further investigation.

Since the water pools at the bottom it should have enough time to release the bubbles.

ahhh, got it, I see now, what kind of volume are we talking about here? And just for efficiency/design sake wouldn't it make the most sense to put a slight downward angle on the bottom so that your liquid level consistently covers the outlet?

So rough calculation here from your original just ballparking here, you'll need 25oz just to cover the base of the res with 1" of liquid. I would think any less than 1" of liquid and you'd have a hard time keeping the outlet supplied with sufficient liquid, again depending on flow rate.

I guess we'll find out. I got the reservor completed and plumbed for a water tesand needed to eat and grab some batteries for the camera.
