Hey, I'm wanting to stuff a single fan radiator in the front of my case using maybe 3 if possible but I have 5 drive bays. I have a stacker 830 and want to use a push/pull setup in the front as I have mesh-like panels that let a lot of air through. SO I need a custom mounted setup for the front that can take up 3-5 bays and is mountable via typical drive holes ect.
I already have a Stinger D-MAX block coming, but I need that if you can do it, and also the rest of a simple kit to cool an e8400 only. Let me know Hombre.

you will have the room if you move the hd cage all the way up. make a couple simple "l" brackets and you could even use the holes for drive mounting. i looked at this setup when i added a second rad, but it was just too crowded with my pump in the same area.
another option is to put the rad up in the x-raptor bay. ![]() ![]() ![]()

i would recommend you use at least a dual fan radiator. and if you really want to do a single, get the Black Ice GTX120, or the PA160. (not really 120mm, but with shroud it fits a 120mm fan)

Seaney - this isn't Wanted, this is in the CyberDruid PC section
![]() I would go with a PA120.1 personally...

Sorry about the crappy lag.
I have built a CM 830 Stacker with my good friend Spiitz and tried to talk him into LCing the beast...now that he's gone Mac I doubt I will have the chance to try out some ideas. At the time the focus was on the top. It seems a natural location for a rad. Not having the case at hand I cannot tell you for sure what would fit and where. THe PA 160 is a great rad...but likely too wide to accomodate the front location you are wanting. A PA120.1 would be the best choice for that I think as pointed out above. Thanks guys for covering the topic so well.

I have a single 80mm fan radiator that Druid actually sent me in his box of junk. I don't plan on watercooling for a while. It's in my for sale thread.
