What doesn't CD know how to do?

Maybe...maybe he can't properly align a rear differential ring and pinion...

But I wouldn't put it past him or his abilities.

Independent rear still has a ring and pinion

And CD: Stop knowing everything. You are starting to scare me.

Anyways, I'd subscribing this build, gotta watch it!

Nah Independent rear has Spider Gears...

Well I did some metal work today after cleaning the shop. I will be posting some videos on that in a bit.

Here's a spoiler shot on a test panel...

But basically it's a lot of sparks.

This was just a quick test panel to see how it might look...

You know......I'm actually going to critique that panel man...

I know it is a "roughed" out version of what is in your head, but the bottom left tendril looks....a bit wonky to me, it's the edge next to the vents that appears to taper back into the picture that does it.
As well, there's the one "blob" on the bottom, near the middle that just...seems to lack much shape (between the two large cut-outs).
Oh, and the top left where the flames "mingle".

Overall though, I do really like the design and look of this, and when finished, I have no doubts that it would be jaw dropping.

I appreciate the constructive criticism. The over look I am after is something evocative of sinking into the ocean...a kelp bed perhaps...

It will get a tinted panel and some backlighting at the top.

Might be able to get that and the window down tomorrow.

I'll be using a jigsaw though because I can't get into paint at this time and must not burn the panel.

Gah, forgot this was a water/ocean themed build! My apologies for the error.

With the top down light, I think you will get a very nice feel for it. Your imagination is amazing man, thanks for making this build public
