I'm sure with a tad bit of sanding those edges will look much smoother. Looking forward to the results.

The scroll saw would be the cleanest and slowest...a jigsaw is kind of aggressive and can bend thethinned areas...and a cut off wheel as thick as what I am using is making the metal hot and burnign the paint. A Dremel tool with a cut off wheel would be ideal.

Guess I will have to edit my vid it never did uplaid...
