Default Need a custom Rocketfish window

Hey CD:

I need the rough outline of the attached napkin-pic turned into a 12"x18" or so cut for a window. Just the single outline and the little bubbles on either side. I only need the cut itself, not the window or gasket or anything. I need a clean cut though, as there won't be any gasket, I'll be mounting it flush.

I'd be doing all the prep work, the masking, the outline, etc. I'd just need a clean cut along the outline I trace.

Does that seem like something you could do?

Thanks man!

Pest, it's my old graff name. IDK why I'm even doing it on a case, it's just some napkin doodle from a bar when when I was visiting friends back home last year.
I have a couple other pics here: http://picasaweb.google.com/kfiresmith/MyOldArt

Bump for a quote on just the outline cut.
I'll be doing the masking and the outline, I'll just need the cut. I'll be taking care of getting the smoked acrylic and mounting it.

2 questions as well:
* What's your zip code?
* Any advice on doing detailed etch work on the smoked acrylic? Need to be able to do it free-hand, ie: chemical on a brush or possibly using one of those sander pins.
