Are these 120mm or 80mm, or both (or other sizes)?

I don't see no OCN flame in there. Pretty cool though.

@Wankerfx- Yes, a snowflake can be done, however I would have to do a different design for it ,so as not to infringe any copyright.

@blupupher- 120 mm is what we are doing right now, we can scale them to any size(even big enough to fit your house fan). Also remember that the smaller you go the less detail can be seen.

@iceowl- as far as forum logos, we would love to do them, but we have to get the forum owners permission to do so.

Any other specail requests for fan guards can be directed to CD or myself by PM's.

Thanks.
I was just wondering about a 80mm for my side vent (would be a simple design).

Any rough idea on price yet?

we won't know probably till about the end of the week, depending on when CD gets the drawing submitted to his Lasercutter. Yes we will be doing some 80 and prolly some 140mm guards once we get some sales going.

just so everyone knows one off designs will be more expensive than production units. The reason being is that on a production unit design costs, setup costs are distributed over all the parts run a single one time unit will have to cover all these costs, so if you don't mind adding your design idea for a production run it can be cheaper than if you want a one of a kind unit. To give you an idea of costs for one unit the celtic cross(row 3 column 3 took 4 hrs @$20/hr. plus lets say $75 setup for the laser plus material costs and markup. so you would have $200 for a single one time 120mm fan guard. That would be worth it for a silloette of lets say your girlfriend, loved one, ect. but not for a snow flake or a star. So if it's something like that let us use the idea for production and get the costs down for you.

I'd love to see some for 240/360/480 RADs

I bought this off some guy on a different forum quite some time ago now. The hole pattern never matched up to any of my equipment

Until I get the quote from the Cutter I cannot even guess at the price per unit on these. As it is the only way this project made it this far is fart_plume is willing to absorb some of his CAD time and take payment for it based on sales. A risky proposistion lol as who knows which ones will sell and so on...this is yet another expensive gamble...between his time and my upfront costs to MFR it will take more than one run of these to get us paid.
