This prototype from heavy stock is $275: that is to cover the 20 hours of labor as well as the materials. The Radiator (used) is extra. And the front panel with rad mod is optional. For no extra cost I would be glad to provide a UV orange or clear replacement front panel. (I may even have some OCN blue).

For an additional $100 I would polish all the edges until they are clear as glass.

I am open to reasonable offers. I just want to sell them.

Today I will get some different materials from Lowes and make at least one more that will be cheaper. This less exotic one will be about $100 cheaper and feature no radiator.

Well Iandh is better set up to do spiffy metal work. I simply do not have room in my shop for a shear and brake and bead roller and so forth. I love metalwork and would enjoy it immensely...but no room.
