I need to get started on my mash-potato bust and find some x-mas lights.
Also CD I need to know how you molded that top so well.

Could you see Syrillian totally pimping out one of his customs? Like this is so cool of CD.
This is like taking home the doublemint twins.

The things we do for Art...or Ken in this case.
Here's where we started: a $275 acrylic and aluminum techstation with $180 in material in it and about 20 hours of design fabrication and assembly do the math... 10 hours into the front panel mod...it was a labor of love...I offered to change it out to make the sale and wnet overboard...what a surpise... 4 hours in the top (not counting previously having painted the fan with 5 coats of Duplicast) Another 3 hours into doing up the Switches and Rheostat (mounting, soldering and sheathing) Then figure materials... Acrylic for the front panel and acrylic and aluminum and mesh for the top...not a huge amount but certainly not free. Painted 200mm fan ($40) CoolJag POV fan and grill with hardware (machine screws and thumbnuts) $25 (can't remember where I got it now lol) Two Bulgin Switches, leads, sheathing $30 each ( http://www.frozencpu.com/products/62...tch_w_LED.html ) Heavy Rheostat and Knob, sheathing $20 Light Kit, harness, lit switch , sheathing. $20 It's already well past Ken's proposed budget just in materials.. Sometimes I just don't know when to stop... But this time I do. It's a wrap. I will mount the lights and take some nice shots in a few and call it a day. I really appreciate you guys supporting this project. It's been a lot of work but I am satisfied I did my best and I am happy with the outcome. If Ken can accept this unit as it stands I can accept his budget.
