Here's a 24" x 36" section on the floor

The mesh is 1/4" aluminum and comes in 18" widths in 12" or 24" lengths to facilitate shipping.

The mesh will ship in a boxe to preserve this nice flat surface.

That gives you an idea of thickness. It's about as thick as the earlier Lian Li cases like the PC 7A

In general in the US shipping is between $5 and $10 depending on your proximity to Virginia.

I've had Shin Etsu listed at www.cyberdruidpc.com ever since I opened the shop. I currently have twelve tubes in stock. I want to get another order in before I place those twelve on sale.

I calculate shipping using the USPS calculator. You can do the same by plugging in my Zipcode. For Mesh factor a box the size of the piece x 2" in depth. For C-Channel First Class is the best choice as the weight is going to be under 13 ounces and it ships in a bubble wrap envelope. Weight is aproximately one pound packed for mesh.

I was wondering if I should ask what you use or just suggest this: you can buy 3M weatherstrip adhesive at most automotive stores to glue on the channel rubber (if you need to). It's pretty cheap and is like rubber cement when it dries, so it's not completely permanent. Probably works best for smaller holes or tighter bends and for the joint between pieces to make it look seamless. You just put it on (very small amount in the channel), tape it in place with masking tape for an hour or two, and done. If you're gluing to bare metal, make sure you clean it first with some alcohol or something (I use lacquer thinner, but that's because I always seem to have some around) to get rid of any oils. Plus, a tube of this stuff will last you nearly forever.

I almost forgot about taking pictures of this quick build...but you can see what the material looks like.

The non-window panel is lined with the neoprene. The case is resting on the neoprene too...so you can see what it looks like in a big section.

The floor has a piece held in place by the case feet hardware. This could be glued down or stuck down with double-sided tape as well.

You can see how different the same material looks out on the table and inside the case. I like it and plan to use it in all my personal rigs when I get the chance.

There's the neoprene on the side panel visible through the cutout on the mobo tray.

It looks a lot darker in the case than on the table.

I've decided to sell it by the square foot as that is better for everybody...all you need to do is measure the side panel and floor and any other area you might want to cover and I'll cut you pieces to provide enough material for you to cut out pieces to your desired dimension.

The price per square foot is $2.50. So to do a large case like a RocketFish both side panels and floor and top you are looking at 12 Square feet ($30). To do just a side panel and floor and top on a Midtower (as shown above) would be about 5 square feet ($12.50).

There is no adhesive backing on this material... you will need to apply that yourself using hardware, velcro, doublesided tape, contact cement, or spray adhesive.
